All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a service, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds once work has begun. If you are dissatisfied with any deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include revisions or partial credit at our discretion.
Free resources (cheat sheets, audit sessions) carry no monetary refund obligation.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to AI Advisory Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Work product created specifically for a client under a signed service agreement becomes the client's property upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise specified. We retain the right to reference the general nature of the engagement (without disclosing confidential details) for portfolio or marketing purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
We treat all client business information shared during engagements as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We expect the same discretion from clients regarding any proprietary methodologies or materials we share.
AI Advisory Group provides strategic guidance and implementation support, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue growth, or ROI figures. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including client implementation, market conditions, and third-party technology performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Advisory Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved.
Our services may involve integrating or recommending third-party AI platforms, software, or services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of any third-party tools, and their respective terms of service and privacy policies apply to your use of those platforms.
Membership in the Inner Circle community is by invitation or approved application only. We reserve the right to revoke membership at any time for violations of community standards, including but not limited to sharing confidential community content outside the platform, harassment of other members, or conduct inconsistent with a professional business community.
Free resources offered on this Site (including AI Cheat Sheets and Audit sessions) are provided in exchange for your contact information, which may be used to send you relevant communications from AI Advisory Group. You may unsubscribe at any time.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California, or through binding arbitration as mutually agreed.
